Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With tags attached (if applicable)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
📦 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Due to the custom and handmade nature of wooden products, including garden planter boxes and custom wood items
- Personal care and beauty products
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
These items are considered final sale due to their handmade or hygienic nature.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable law.
💳 Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 2–10 business days
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
